FERRARI’s Batyline® brings hi-tech design to garden furniture

Batyline®, a high-performance fabric developed by FERRARI, the French technical-textile specialist, is proving ideal for designers and users of garden furniture. Manufactured according to the exclusive FERRARI Précontraint® technique, Batyline® is a ventilated, tough and easy to maintain textile. Its unique technology gives it optimal dimensional stability, combined with a highly regular weave.

Thanks to its technical characteristics and high performance, Batyline® offers a remarkable source of inspiration to designers. For their part, users can experience considerable seating comfort thanks to the fabric’s flexibility — a product versatility which comes with no risk of deformation.

Batyline®’s wide pallet of colours also means that harmony and colour are brought fully into play with each other, and with each version of the product that is available. Light effects and aesthetics work well together, so that outdoor areas can be convivially arranged with an array of folding chairs, sun beds, deckchairs, armchairs, garden bridges, hammocks, etc. The originality of Batyline® in terms of its design and its subtle mix of materials ensures that it combines perfectly with both contemporary and traditional upmarket furniture lines.

Batyline® offers many practical advantages and technical features that make it an attractive product. Firstly, it is available in 70 colours, of which 39 are plain. Second, the resistance of its colours over time is exceptional, in particular to ultraviolet rays. Third, with its openwork weave, Batyline® guarantees rapid drying. Fourth, its antifungal treatment means that it can be left outdoors, as it withstands mould, even in plant-filled environments. Finally, simply washing the fabric with soapy water or ready-to-use FERRARI® Clean detergent is enough to keep it clean.
